Straight after the accident happened at Mugello, Valentino began the recovery phase while Dainese started to develop special technical equipment which could help the Champion from Tavullia get back to his motorbike as soon as possible. Valentino collaborated actively with Dainese’s technicians and his indications were as always very precious. On July 7, during the very first test in Misano, the 'Doctor' tried on the new suit with the modified boots and he approved both of them from a protection and comfort point of view.
