How does the Login process work?
Anybody who has not already created an account must first do so, click the login link at top right of the site. This will ask you for basic details including user name, password and email address. It is very important that this email address is correct as an activation email will be sent to it immediately after registering.
At this point your login details will not work until the link in the activation email has been clicked. Please look out for this email and activate it. Once your account has been successfully activated you will receive another email confirming activation and also your user name and password.
On all pages the login is at the top right of the page, click this to open the login pop up window then login with your user name and password. The user name and password must be entered exactly as registered and is case sensitive. Remember to logout before leaving the site.
How do I add an Entry?
Users must be registered and logged in. Anybody not registered please use the "create account" link.
After login you will be redirected to the submission choice page where options are presented:
- Submit a directory listing
- Submit an article
*If you wish to re-visit the submission choice page whilst still logged in then use the Submit link at the bottom of the site page.
Enter as much information as possible to promote your entry.
Select the most suitable directory to be placed in.
Make sure you upload an image for the logo and icon otherwise the default images will be displayed. The icon is resized to 80x80 and displayed on the initial listing; the logo is displayed on the detailed view and can be up to 468x150 pixels. The image can be the same for both or a different for each. Images >300kb will be rejected so keep them small. They will be automatically re-sized to fit. If no images are required then please ask to have default images removed or alternatively upload blank (transparent) images.
Accept the terms and conditions.
The entry will then be submitted for approval prior to being published on the site.
How do I change/delete an Entry?
Changes can be made online, when logged in, to listings at any time but only by the user that published the listing. Once logged in browse to the listing which will have an EDIT button displayed. Click the EDIT button to open up the listing for editting. Make all changes as required including uploading image for main logo and icon, save changes.
Changes may take up to 1hr to come through due to page caching.

My Club/Business is already listed. How do I edit it?
Listings can be edited by the creator when logged in. If you did not create the listing then please enter a new listing with all required detail including images and the old listing will be deleted as the new one is approved. Hereafter since you created the new listing you will always be able to edit your listing by logging in, an edit button will appear on your listing.
Why is the image I uploaded not displaying in basic listing view?
Two images are required to be uploaded one for the logo on the detailed view and one for the icon diplayed in basic view. These can be the same image or different and will be auto re-sized to fit. Make sure to load an image up for both.
I've made a change but it is not updating on the site?
The pages are cached and any changes can take up to 1hr to go through.
How do I advertise?
Please follow the top menu link to the advertising page where various options are explained. If there are any specific requirements not offered please contact us to discuss.
How do I submit an Article?

From the main page top or side menu click on the "Submit Article" link.
After login you will be redirected to the submission choice page where three options are presented:
- Submit a directory listing
- Submit an article
Click on Submit an article, this will then open the editor for entry of the article text and image if required. Enter the text of your article along with selecting a category.
Click the SAVE button at top of editor and the article will be sent for approval prior to being published on the site. Approval is only to ensure that no unsuitable material is published and is usually made within 24hrs.
