This video is from a Rider Skills Day in 2009 run by the Metropolitan Police Motorcycle Tasking Team as part of BikeSafe-London.

The Metropolitan Police Motorcycle Tasking Team is a dedicated unit within the Met's Traffic Unit created in April 2003. Together with City of London Police and Transport for London, they run BikeSafe-London, part of the national BikeSafe initiative aimed at reducing motorcycle casualties. This is achieved by promoting further riding skills and enhance safety awareness.
